Kelly Famiglietta is Vice President of Retirement Plan Services with Charles Stephen and Company, Inc. She has over a decade of experience in the areas of pension plan administration and design, employee education, and fiduciary responsibility as it relates to retirement plans. She is the recipient of several industry professional designations: Accredited Pension Administrator and Accredited Pension Representative awarded from the National Institute of Pension Administrators, Accredited Investment Fiduciary awarded from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and Certified Retirement Counselor awarded from the International Foundation for Retirement Education.

Kelly has published several articles and is a frequent speaker with both for profit and non-profit companies on the subject of employer sponsored retirement plans and their importance in today’s economy.

Kelly currently serves as an associate Board Member of Construction Financial Management Association and spends many hours volunteering with local youth soccer clubs.
