Adam T. Ciepiela is Vice President of Charles Stephen and Company, Inc. He directs the specialized Blueprints for Tomorrow program and is focused on helping business owners understand and leverage their succession, exit and transition planning options.

Adam brings with him six years of business experience and a passion for helping business owners answer the question, “What keeps you up at 2 a.m.?” and how to make the most of their exit strategy.

Adam received his B.A. in Marketing from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas in December 2005. He earned the prestigious XINNIX Certified Originator (XCO) designation in June 2006, and was recognized as Loan Officer of the Year in 2008. He also holds the Certified Retirement Counselor® (CRC) designation. Adam is a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative of NFPSI.

Adam joined Charles Stephen in August 2009.
